Hui Zhang Fashion is dedicated to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy makes it easy to return or exchange your clothing.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. U.S. customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs. Additional time may be required for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us to confirm availability. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
